Hortense, workshop leader, accompanies the team on a daily basis. It ensures the proper distribution of tasks and flowers, while ensuring that every moodboard comes to life with precision, consistency and fidelity to the universe imagined.
Tony, Jean, Ilyes and Khairullah accompany projects at each stage, from travel to construction and installation. Jean, thanks to his expertise as a landscaper, brings an expert and valuable look at the plant.
Lucia ensures invoicing and smooth communication with customers. It particularly supports us on events in the south of France. Passionate and graduate in floral art, she creates custom flower crowns.
Laetitia and Joanne provide overall project direction and coordination from design to final implementation. Together, they imagine, structure and orchestrate tailor-made events, ensuring the artistic, logistical and strategic coherence of each project, in order to offer successful staging and perfectly controlled experiences.
Laetitia, as manager, brings his expert expertise in floral art and plant scenography. Thanks to its artistic sensitivity and technical mastery, it defines the floral identity of the projects, guides aesthetic choices and guarantees the excellence of the compositions, in perfect harmony with the universe of each event.
Joanne, event project leader and marketing, pilot projects methodically and accurately. It coordinates stakeholders, anticipates key milestones and ensures timeliness, budgets and requirements. It oversees the marketing strategy, website and communication around events, to ensure consistency of brand image and visibility of projects.
Digital communication is carried out in collaboration with Alice, community manager, which ensures the creation and publication of content on social networks. Together, they develop fluid and consistent communication, valuing events, team know-how and brand universe.
